Our default time period to send out death verification email is 30 days and if unanswered we send 3 reminders with an interval of 7 days each, therefore after person dies it can take up to 50 days to send out deferred messages.

In case your loved one has died and you don’t want to wait for regular time period of 50 days, you can check on our website if the deceased person is registered with us. If you find that a person has registered with us, then by paying a fee of $45 you can request death verification by phone. You will be charged only if the person is registered with us. Upon successful phone verification we will send out all deferred messages (including Will) saved by the deceased person.
